Abstract
ABSTRAK
Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 143 Margonda bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker mengetahui dan memahami tugas, peran, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam mengelola serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Selain itu, kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi juga memfasilitasi mahasiswa dalam memahami gambaran nyata permasalahan kefarmasian di apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Analisis Resep untuk Indikasi Penyakit Hipertensi dengan komplikasi Diabetes Mellitus di Apotek Kimia Farma No. No. 143 Margonda Periode Bulan April 2017. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengkaji kelengkapan resep dan ketepatan pengobatan yang telah diberikan terhadap pasien Hipertensi dengan komplikasi Diabetes Mellitus agar mahasiswa dapat memberikan informasi obat yang tepat kepada pasien.
ABSTRACT
Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 143 Margonda aims to let the pharmacist 39 s professional students know and understand the duties, roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in managing and practicing pharmaceutical services in pharmacies. In addition, internship activities also facilitate students in understanding the real picture of pharmacy problems in pharmacies. Specific assignment given entitled Prescription Analysis for Indication of Hypertension with Diabetes Mellitus as complicated at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 143 Margonda Period of April 2017. The purpose of this particular task is to examine the completeness of the prescription and the accuracy of treatment that has been given to patients Hypertension with Diabetes Mellitus so that students can provide appropriate drug information to patients.
