ABSTRAK Praktik Kerja Profesi PKP di PT. Merck Tbk dilakukan selama dua bulan dari April-Mei 2017bertempat di Jl. TB Simatupang No.8 Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur. PKP ini bertujuan untuk agarcalon apoteker mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahamipenerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apotekerjuga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industrifarmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukanpekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;AnalisisUji Efektivitas Pengawet dari Produk X rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memeriksaefektivitas pengawet dari Sodium Benzoat dari produk X dengan menggunakan tes mikrobiologi.Secara umum, PT. Merck Tbk telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulisjuga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawabapoteker. ABSTRACT Internship at PT. Merck Tbk was conducted for two months from April to May located at Jl. TBSimatupang No.8 Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta. This internship can be for the prospective pharmacist.The duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and theunderstanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceuticalindustry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills andpractical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The specialassignment given is Analysis of effectiveness efficacy test of product X . The purpose of thisspecial assignment is check effectiveness efficacy test sodium benzoat of product X withmicrobiology test. In general, PT. Merck has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, theauthors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities ofpharmacists. |
