Fungsi dari robot diharapkan dapat bermanfaat sepenuhnya dalamperkembangan peradaban manusia dengan ditandai semakin banyaknya kemudahanbagi manusia dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya sehari – hari dengan bantuan robotbaik untuk aktivitas industri, pertanian, rumah tangga, dan hiburan.Sebagai salah satu aplikasi robot industri, pada tugas akhir ini dibuat “ Sistempengendali Prototype Forkift Otomatis”. maksud dari judul ini yaitu bertujuan untukmengendalikan sebuah prototype agar mampu memindahkan benda yang ditempelkankertas berwarna ke tempat yang telah ditentukan. Warna benda ini sebelumnya harusdideteksi oleh sensor warna terlebih dahulu, lalu setelah didapatkan frekuensinyamaka inisialisasi data warna tersebut dikirmkan ke mikrokontroller prototype forklift.Setelah prototype forklift mendapatkan inisialisasi data warna, maka prototypeforklift akan mengambil benda tersebut dan memindahkan atau meletakkannya ketempat yang telah disediakan. Proses pemindahan benda oleh prototype forklifttersebut menggunakan sensor garis. The function from the robot it was hoped could be useful fully in thedevelopment of human civilisation by being marked even more of them the ease forhumankind in undertaking his activity a day – the day with help of the robot was goodfor the activity of the industry, agriculture, the household, and entertainment.As one of the applications of the industrial robot, in the task of this end wasmade by “Control System For Automation Forklift Prototype”. the intention from thistitle that is aiming at controlling one prototype in order to be able to move the objectthat was stuck by coloured paper to the place that was determined. The colour of thisobject must be beforehand detected by the colour censor before, then after beingobtained by his frequency then inisialisasi this colour data would send tomikrokontroller prototype forklift. After prototype forklift got inisialisasi the colourdata, then prototype forklift will take this object and moved or placed him to the placethat was provided. The process of the transfer of the object by prototype forklift thisused the line censor. |
