Abstract
Skripsi ini membahas tentang penerapan fungsi penggerakan di Sekolah Tinggi Perwira di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Ada 3 Aspek utama yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan komunikasi, selain itu 2 aspek tambahan adalah etika dan Teambuilding. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan fungsi penggerakan terlihat masih belum baik,karena pimpinan perpustakaan yang kurang memiliki motivasi kerja. Perpustakaan Sekolah Tinggi Perwira belum sepenuhnya menjalankan aspek penggerakan secara maksimal. Faktor kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang belum ada proses timbal balik menyebabkan proses penggerakan menjadi terhambat.
This paper discusses the application of the management function of the library is about the application of actuating functions in the Library of College Perwira. This study used a qualitative approach with case study method. There are three main aspects that are discussed in this study, namely motivation, leadership, and communication, In addition two additional aspects are ethics and Teambuilding. This study shows that the implementation of the mobilization function has not done well because of the leadership of the library who lack motivation to work. academic libraries Officer mobilization aspect has not been fully run optimally. Leadership and communication factors rigid cause the mobilization process to be blocked.
