Abstract
ABSTRAK<>br>
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui amanat dan konflik kawin paksa yang ada di dalan novel Katesnan. Dalam penelitian ini, teori yang digunakan adalah teori yang terdapat di dalam buku Panuti Sudjiman berjudul Memahami Cerita Rekaan yang menyajikan sebuah penelitian tentang kaitan unsur - unsur struktural ceita seperti alur, tokoh dan penokohan, serta latar untuk membentuk sebuah tema. Novel yang bertemakan percintaan ini menceritakan tentang konflik antara anak dan orang tua yang tidak selaras. Hasil dari penelitian ini konflik dapat terselesaikan dengan cara salah satu pihak mengalah demi kebaikan.Kata kunci : novel. Katresnan, Konflik.
ABSTRACT<>br> This research aims to the conflictt of forced marriage and mandate in the novel Katresnan. This research uses a theory which submitted in the book of Panuti Sudjiman entitle Memahami Cerita Rekaan 1988 it present a research of the interrelationships of the structural elements of the structural elements of the story including plot, character placement as well as the setting for a theme. This romance themednovel tells about conflict between children and parents. These conflict occur because the thoughts of parents and children are not aligned. The result of this research is that the conflict can be solved because the one side succumbed for the goodness.
