ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menganalisis indeks daya saing daerah terhadap program 14 kawasan industri prioritas di Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Teori kompetisi Funck digunakan untuk menyusun indikator indeks yang kemudian diekstraksi menggunakan Principal Compenent Analysis PCA . Penelitian ini menggunakan empat dimensi data, yaitu ekonomi, infrastruktur, sumber daya manusia dan sosial di tahun 2014. Ketika membandingkan dengan kemajuan pembangunan kawasan industri, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat dua hasil yang berbeda. Pertama, Bitung-Morowali-Teluk Bintuni memiliki indeks yang selaras dengan kemajuan pembangunan kawasan, itu berarti teori kompetisi relevan bagi tiga kawasan industri tersebut. Sementara Sei Mangke yang memiliki indeks rendah, tapi merupakan salah satu kawasan industri dengan progres pengembangan tercepat. Kemudian dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, kedua perbedaan hasil tersebut menunjukkan terdapat faktor lain yang mempengaruhi progres pengembangan kawasan, seperti industri rintisan yang sudah mulai berproduksi. ABSTRACT This research analyzes the competitiveness index among 14 industrial estate priority development in Indonesia year 2015 2019. Funck competition theory is applied to compose index rsquo s indicators which is extracted using PCA. This research used four dimensions of data, those are economy, infrastructure, human resources and social in year 2014. While comparing with the industrial estate development rsquo s progres, it finds that there are two type of progreses appear. First, Bitung Morowali Teluk Bintuni have index which is along with the progres, it means Funck theory is relevant to those three industrial estate situation. Meanwhile Sei Mangke which has low index, but one of the fastest progres during the industrial estate development. Then by using SWOT, the two different results show there are other factors which affect the progress, such as an anchor industry which is already start to produce. |
