ABSTRAKPenggunaan layanan keuangan berbasis teknologi muncul atas dampak dari perkembangan teknologi. Layanan keuangan jenis baru ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan inklusi keuangan masyarakat. Salah satu jenis layanan tersebut yang saat ini dikenal ialah aplikasi Go-Pay. Keberadaan Go-Pay sendiri bertujuan untuk memudahkan masyarakat menggunakan berbagai layanan jasa yang terdapat dalam aplikasi Go-Jek. Go-Pay memudahkan para konsumen melakukan transaksi karena menggunakan sistem digital. Karena itulah maka penulis hendak mengkaji bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap nasabah Go-Pay di Indonesia. ABSTRACTThe use of technology based financial services arises from the impact of technological developments. This new type of financial service aims to improve the inclusion of public finances. One type of service that is currently known is the application Go Pay. The existence of Go Pay itself aims to facilitate the public using various services contained in the application of Go Jek. Go Pay makes it easy for consumers to make transactions because it uses a digital system. Therefore, the authors want to examine how the legal protection of Go Pay customers in Indonesia. |
