Remaja pada tahap remaja akhir memasuki tahap proses pencarian jati diri dan minat pada sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan intelektualitas. Di masa-masa ini, mereka terus melakukan proses penetapan identitas diri. Pemilih pemula di Indonesia pada tahap remaja akhir memiliki tingkat ketertarikan pada politik yang tinggi. Namun hal ini tidak diseimbangi dengan ketersediaan pendidikan politik untuk pemilih pemula. Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan Prototype: Manfaat dari pembuatan situs Edu Politica yakni dapat menjadi sarana berbagi ilmu dan pendapat politik bagi pemilih pemula. Selain itu, diharapkan pemilih pemula mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang politik dengan mengetahui informasi terbaru serta kajian dari peristiwa politik agar teredukasi dan dapat menentukan sikapnya. Prototype yang Dikembangkan: Situs Edu Politica merupakan situs pendidikan politik yang memberikan informasi politik terbaru serta konten lain berupa kajian, profil, pendidikan, dan gerakan mengenai politik di Indonesia. Situs ini dikemas dengan multimedia sehingga konten tidak hanya berupa teks namun juga foto, video, dan infografik. Target khalayaknya adalah pemilih pemula berusia 17-22 tahun, dengan pendidikan SMA dan perguruan tinggi, serta memiliki status sosial ekonomi A dan B. Edu Politica memiliki alamat situs resmi dengan alamat www.edupolitica.co.id. Evaluasi: Pretes dan evaluasi akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online yang akna disebarkan melalui email dan media sosial. Pretes akan dilakukan sebulan sebelum situs diluncurkan, dan evaluasi dilakukan satu tahun sesudah rilis. Evaluasi meliputi input, output, dan outcome untuk mengukur awareness, dampak konten, dan kualitas situs. Anggaran: Anggaran Pembuatan Prototype Rp 1.415.000. Investasi Awal Rp 193.101.900. Total Pengeluaran Bulanan Rp 118.500.000. Total Pengeluaran Per Tahun Rp 1.422.000.000. Perkiraan Pendapatan Tahun Pertama Rp 300.487.500. Perkiraan Pendapatan Tahun Kedua Rp 1.987.200.000. BEP dicapai pada tahun kedua bulan ke enam.

Situation analysis: Teenagers, which are going to the adulthood, are looking for the identity which is related to the intellectually. At that time, they are trying to keep to the everything they believe. The young voters have a high interest in politics. However, the phenomenon is not supported with the proper education of politics to the young voters. The benefits and the purpose of the prototype development: The benefit of Edu Politica site is to become a tool to share the knowledge and the argument about politics to the young voters. In addition, the young voters are expected to get the knowledge about politics by knowing the new information and research from politics events in order to them to be educated. Therefore, they can choose where they stance. The Prototype which is developed: Edu Politica site is a website which gives the recent information about politics and other contents such as research, profile, education, and politics movement. This site uses multimedia. Hence, this site will provide more than just pictures, video, and infographic. The consumer target are the young voters from 17 22 years old, from high school to university, and also have A and B economical status. edupolitica.com is the official web of Edu Politica. Evaluation: The pretest and evaluation will use online questionnaire which will be distributed by email and social media. Pretest will be conducted before the site is established. The evaluation will be conducted after the website is established for a year.
