Abstract
Penulisan dari tugas karya akhir ini membahas mengenai Program perlindungan yang diberikan oleh Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban LPSK terhadap Justice Collaborator tindak pidana korupsi. Program tersebut dijalankan oleh LPSK sebagai upaya pemberantasan korupsi dengan melindungi Justice Collaborator agar ia dapat bersaksi di pengadilan. Melalui tahapan-tahapan perlindungan seperti pra-perlindungan, perlindungan, dan post-perlindungan, penulis menganalis menggunakan kebijakan kriminal, Sistem Peradilan Pidana, dan konsep program sebagai dasar analisa terhadap perlindungan kepada Justice Collaborator tindak pidana korupsi. Hasil yang diberikan kemudian adalah keberhasilan program perlindungan kepada Justice Collaborator tindak pidana korupsi.

This final paper writing about the Program given by Witness and Victim Protection Agency LPSK to Justice Collaborator of corruption crime. The program conducted by LPSK as an effort to eradicate corruption by protecting Justice Collaborator so that he can testify in court. Through these protection steps, pre protection, protection, and post protection, the authors analyze with criminal policy, criminal justice system, and program concept as the basis for the analysis of the protection of the Justice Collaborator of corruption.
