Abstract
Over one hundred species of Indonesia's native orchids had been propagated generatively at Bogor Botanic Garden during the last seven years. Germination of 100 species Vacin and Went and Hyponex media were varied in regard to their requiremnet. However, some orchids showed a tendency to germinate better in one of the medium. The result presented in this paper is designated as a guideline to put the priority setting of Indonesia's native orchid propagation program in Bogor Botanic Garden
