ABSTRACT Reciprocity is widely believed to be an important determinant of social satisfaction in its current relationships. Reciprocity is not identified as social satisfaction, due to reciprocity could be under chategorzied of characteristic in connection with dynamic and prospective aspects, mainly it have the tendency of action too. Especially in this study reciprocity to exchange many kind of resources means as someones predisposition to replace money they received from others with their many kind of resources such as love statues goods information services and money. In this study it has the voluntary investigation of effect of allocentrism-idiocentrism value that money. They are from difference socio-economic status, residencial status of their native places, and number of siblings. Indirectly these variables are also hypothesized as variable that have influenced the degree of reciprocity to exchange many kind of resources with money through the degree of allocentrism-idiocentrism value.Path analysis indicated that the degree of reciprocity to exchange love with money is directly influenced by socio-economic status, number of siblings and residencial status of native places. That alocentrism-idiocentrism value is not identified as the intervening variable of those previous three, that gives the interested result. As a matter of fact, actually the reciprocity to exchange of information with money is only influenced by residencial status of native places. These results are treated as an overidentified model of relation among variables. ABSTRAK Resiprositas secara luas diyakini sebagai suatu penentu penting dari kepuasan social dalam hubungan yang sedang brlangsung antara dua orang. Namun reprisositas tidak identic dengan kepuasan social itu sendiri, karena resiprositas dalam hubungannya dengan kepuasan social hanyalah merupakan salah satu predictor. Resiprositas social lebih dekat dengan aspek dinamis dan prospektif. Dalam studi ini diteliti pengaruh dari nilai alosentrisme-idiosentrisme terhadap tingkat resiprositas untuk mempertukarkan pelbagai jenis sumber dengan uang. Variable-variabel ini diasumsikan sebagai variable sebagai variable independen dari nilai alosentrisme-idiosentrisme. Secara tidak langsung variable-variabel ini juga diduga sebagai variable yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat resiprositas untuk mempertukarkan pelbagai jenis sumber dengan uang melalui pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat nilai alosentrisme-idiosentrisme.Hasil path analysis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat resiprositas untuk mempertukarkan pelbagai sumber dengan uang secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh tingkat status sosio-ekonomi, jumlah saudara kandung dan status residensial tempat tinggal asal. Lebih dari itu resiprositas untuk mempertukarkan informasi dengan uang hanya dipengaruhi oleh status residensial tempat tinggal asal. Tak satupun dari variable independen itu berpengaruh terhadap tingkat resiprositas untuk mempertukarkan layanan dengan uang dan uang dengan uang. Akhirnya berdasarkan hasil-hasil tersebut dibangun model yang lebih jelas tentang hubungan antar variable. |
