Abstract
ABSTRAK
Praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan (Ditjen. Farmalkes) Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia yang dilakukan selama dua minggu bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur organisasi beserta tugas pokok dan fungsi di Ditjen. Farmalkes khususnya di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga (PKRT), mengetahui peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan kefarmasian di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan pada saat praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT yaitu Klasifikasi Jenis Produk Alat Kesehatan Hasil Sampling Surveillance Seluruh Indonesia Tahun 2017 di Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini untuk mengetahui jenis alat kesehatan yang telah dipasarkan di seluruh Indonesia, mengetahui jumlah dari setiap jenis alat kesehatan yang telah dilakukan pengujian laboratorium,mengetahui parameter uji yang dibutuhkan setiap jenis alat kesehatan untuk dilakukan pengujian laboratorium serta mengetahui jumlah alat kesehatan dipasaran yang masih memenuhi syarat dan tidak memenuhi syarat selama diedarkan.
ABSTRACT
Proffesional work practice for Apothecary at Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia was done for two weeks aims to know the organizational structure and the main task and function in the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, especially in the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Health Products know the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Directorate Surveillence of Medical Devices and Household Health Products and have a real picture of pharmaceutical issues in the Directorate Surveillence of Medical Devices and Household Health Products. The special assignment during proffessional work practice for Apothecary at Directorate Surveillence of Medical Devices and Household Health Products is Classification type of Medical Devices from Sampling Results of Surveillence in Indonesia Period 2017 in the Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this special assignment is to know the type of medical devices that has been marketed throughout Indonesia, to know the number of each type of medical devices that has been done laboratory testing, know the test parameters required for each type of medical devices for laboratory testing, and know the amount of medical devices in the market who are still eligible and not eligible for distribution
