Guru sebagai tenaga pendidik di Indonesia harus mampu memanfaatkan teknologi dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajarnya. Keinginan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi dalam pendidikan disebut dengan behavioral intention. Akan tetapi, penelitian mengenai behavioral intention belum banyak dilakukan pada sektor pendidikan Chang, Lieu, Liang, Liu, Wong, 2011. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, behavioral intention berhubungan dengan technology readiness dan kepuasan Soderlund Ohman, 2002; 2003, Lin Hsieh, 2007. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran moderasi kepuasan pada hubungan technology readiness dan behavioral intention guru dalam menggunakan teknologi pada pendidikan. Adapun partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 119 guru yang berasal dari SMP di Jakarta, Depok, dan Bogor. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan Technology Readiness Index TRI 2.0, barometer kepuasan dari Johnson, et al. 2001 ditambah dengan dua pre-liminary question dari Soderlund dan Ohman 2003, dan behavioral intention multi-item dari Soderlund dan Ohman 2002. Berdasarkan analisis, ditemukan bahwa technology readiness memiliki hubungan dengan behavioral intention secara signifikan R=0,359. Teachers as educators in Indonesia should be able to take advantage of technology in learning and teaching activities. This study aims to determine the role satisfaction as moderator on relationship of technology readiness and teacher rsquo s intention to use technology on education. The participants are 119 teachers from junior high schools in Jakarta, Depok, and Bogor. Measurements were made with Technology Readiness Index TRI 2.0, a satisfaction barometer from Johnson, et al. 2001 added with two pre liminary questions from Soderlund and Ohman 2003, and behavioral intention multi items from Soderlund and Ohman 2002.
