ABSTRACT Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengembangan peran the quintuple helix dalam upaya keberlanjutan ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Tegal khususnya pada Industri Kecil dan Menengah IKM batik tulis tegalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan penelitian bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa keberlanjutan IKM batik tulis tegalan berbasis ekonomi kreatif tidak terlepas dari sinergitas kegiatan ndash; kegiatan dari peran aktor the quintuple helix. Penelitian ini, menyarankan bahwa perlunya peningkatan sinergitas peran the quintuple helix. Di sektor pemerintah melalui kesiapan data birokrasi dan adanya apresiasi kontribusi. Selanjutnya pada aktor pebisnis, akademisi, komunitas dan lingkungan perlu adanya keterbukaan informasi pada ke lima aktor-helix lainnya. ABSTRACT This thesis discusses the development of the role of the quintuple helix in the effort of creative economic sustainability in Tegal Regency especially in Small and Medium Industry SMI handwritten batik tegalan. This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of the research is descriptive. The results concluded that the sustainability of SMIs handwritten batik tegalan based on a creative economy is inseparable from the synergy of activities of actor role the quintuple helix. This study suggested that the need for the increased synergy of the role of the quintuple helix. In the government sector through the readiness of bureaucratic data and the appreciation of contributions. Furthermore, the business actors, academics, community and the environment need to do open information to the five other actors helix. |
