Abstract
Skripsi ini meneliti tentang pengaruh dari pelaporan corporate social responsibility terhadap tingkat cash holding perusahaan dan apakah leverage sebagai variabel moderasi dapat memperlemah pengaruh dari kualitas pelaporan CSR terhadap tingkat cash holding perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 120 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016, ditemukan hasil bahwa kualitas pelaporan CSR berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat cash holding perusahaan dan pengaruh positif tersebut akan melemah pada perusahaan yang memiliki tingkat leverage yang tinggi sesuai dengan agency view of CSR.

This study discusses the impact of corporate social responsibility reporting on the company 39s cash holding and if leverage as a moderating variable could weaken the impact of csr reporting on the companies cash holding. By using a data sample of 120 companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange, it was found that CSR reporting positively affect the company 39s cash holding and this positive impact will be weakened on companies that have high leverage levels this result is in line with the agency view of CSR.
