Nama : Masitah Sari DewiProgram Studi : EpidemiologiJudul : Hubungan Obesitas sentral dengan Diabetes melitus Tipe 2 pada penduduk usia ge; 18 tahun di Wilayah Pelaksanaan Peluncuran Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat GERMAS Tahun 2016 Analisis Data Peluncuran GERMAS Tahun 2016 Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang cendrung mengalami peningkatan. Data IDF Atlas 2015 menyebutkan, Prevalensi DM di Indonesia menduduki urutan ke 7 didunia. Di Indonesia data Riskesdas menunjukkan peningkatan prevalensi diabetes melitus dari 5,7 2007 meningkat menjadi 6,9 2013 . Obesitas sentral adalah prediktor yang kuat untuk terjadinya diabetes melitus tipe 2. Prevalensi obesitas sentral berdasarkan data Riskesdas 2007 sebesar 18,8 meningkat menjadi 26,6 Riskesdas, 2013 Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan obesitas sentral terhadap diabetes melitus tipe 2 pada penduduk usia ge; 18 tahun di wilayah peluncuran GERMAS tahun 2016. Desain penelitian studi cross sectional, Analisis menggunakan uji Regresi Logistic. Hasil analisis diperoleh proporsi diabetes melitus tipe 2 sebesar 6,1 dan obesitas sentral sebesar 68,9 . Selain itu hasil multivariat menunjukkan hubungan obesitas sentral dengan diabetes melitus tipe 2 didapatkan nilai POR 3,296 95 CI 2,344-4,636 artinya penduduk dengan obesitas sentral memiliki peluang sebesar 3,296 kali 95 CI 2,344-4,636 mengalami diabetes melitus tipe 2 dibandingkan dengan penduduk yang tidak obesitas sentral setelah dikendalikan oleh aktifitas fisik dan hipertensi. Kesimpulan dan saran agar masyarakat rutin tiap bulan melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan di POSBINDU PTM, untuk melakukan deteksi dini obesitas sentral dan pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah guna menjaring kasus diabetes melitus tipe 2 sedini mungkin.Kata kunci:Diabetes melitus Tipe 2, Obesitas sentral, GERMAS

The prevalence of central obesity based on Riskesdas 2007 data of 18.8 increased to 26.6 Riskesdas, 2013 The objective of the study was to investigate the relationship of central obesity to type 2 diabetes mellitus in the population age ge 18 years in GERMAS launching area in 2016. Study design cross sectional study, Analysis using logistic regression test. The analysis results obtained proportion of type 2 diabetes mellitus by 6.1 and central obesity of 68.9 . In addition, multivariate results showed that the association of central obesity with diabetes mellitus type 2 was found to be POR 3,296 95 CI 2,344 4,636 meaning that people with central obesity had a chance of 3,296 times 95 CI 2,344 4,636 had diabetes mellitus type 2 compared with non obese residents after being controlled by physical activity and hipertension. Conclusions and suggestions for routine public health checks in POSBINDU PTM, to perform early detection of central obesity and blood glucose examination to capture cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus as early as possible.
