ABSTRAK Stres merupakan sesuatu yang tidak dapat dihindari terutama stres yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan atau stres kerja. Karyawan yang mengalami stres kerja akan menurun motivasi kerjanya, kesehatan juga menurun sehingga tidak akan produktif bekerja. Para guru dan staf operasional di sekolah HIJ merasakan stres kerja yang salah satunya karena tuntutan kerja di sekolah HIJ yang tidak menentu dan tidak dapat diantisipasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menelaah hubungan antara tuntutan kerja dengan stres kerja kemudian menentukan intervensi yang sesuai. Pengambilan data untuk penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online menggunakan gform kepada guru dan staf dengan kriteria para guru dan staf operasional sekolah HIJ, WNI, tingkat pendidikan minimal Sarjana, lama bekerja minimal 2 tahun. Responden yang mengisi kuesioner sebanyak 56 orang dan digunakan untuk pengolahan data. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson dengan menggunakan SPSS. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Job Stress Scale untuk stres kerja DV dengan nilai cronbach rsquo;s alpha = 0.86 dan alat ukur untuk tuntutan kerja IV menggunakan Challenge- and Hindrance-Related Self-Reported Stress Measures dengan nilai cronbach rsquo;s alpha = 0.90. Responden untuk intervensi sebanyak 6 orang staf operasional dan intervensi yang dilakukan adalah program pengenalan job crafting. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel tuntutan kerja memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja dengan nilai sig = 0.00 dan hasil intervensi menunjukan dengan melakukan job crafting, ada penurunan persepsi tuntutan kerja dengan adanya perbedaan nilai pre-test dan post-test dari 38.33 menjadi 31.00. ABSTRACT Stress is something that can not be avoided, especially stress related to work or job stress. Employees who experience job stress will decrease their work motivation and health, so that they will not be productive at work. The teachers and operational staff at the HIJ school felt the job stress due to the unpredictable job demands at the HIJ school. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job demands with job stress and then determine appropriate interventions. Data collection for this research is distributed the online questionnaire using gform to teachers and staff with criteria Indonesian citizens, minimum education level Bachelor degree, work experiences minimum 2 years. Respondents who filled the questionnaire are 56 people and used for data processing. The design of this research is quantitative by using correlation analysis using SPSS. The measuring tool that researcher used are Job Stress Scale for job stress DV with cronbach 39 s alpha 0.86 and measuring tool for job demands IV using Challenge and Hindrance Related Self Reported Stress Measures with cronbach 39 s alpha 0.90. Intervention rsquo s respondents are 6 operational staff and intervention that been used were job crafting programme. The result of the research shows that job demands have relationship with job stress with sig 0.00 and the result of the intervention shows that with job crafting, the perception about job demand is decrease and it shows by the difference the pre test and post test from 38.33 to 31.00. |
