ABSTRAK Nama :MuliantikaProgram Studi :Magister Ilmu Keperawatan Kekhususan JiwaJudul :Pengaruh terapi generalis dan terapi kognitif terhadap perubahan tandadan gejala Acute Stress Disorder dan kemampuan merubah pikiran negatif pada korban bencana banjirKejadian bencana banjir di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan sejak tahun 2012-2016 dengan total kejadian sebanyak 659 kasus. Bencana banjir menyebabkan dampak psikologis yang cukup besar, salah satunya adalah Acute Stress Disorder ASD dan munculnya distorsi kognitif. Terapi yang dapat diberikan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah terapi generalis dan Terapi Kognitif. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi generalis dan terapi kognitif terhadap penurunan tanda gejala ASD dan kemampuan merubah pikiran negatif pada korban bencana banjir. Desain penelitian ldquo;Quasy Eksperimental pre test-post test with Control Group rdquo;, sampel sebanyak 62 orang 31 orang kelompok intervensi dan 31 orang kelompok kontrol . Kelompok kontrol diberikan terapi generalis dan kelompok intervensi diberikan terapi generalis dan terapi kognitif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Acute Stress Disorder Scale ASDS dan Thought Control Questionnair TCQ . Kedua instrument ini telah melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas sebelumnya dan penelitian ini telah dinyatakan lulus uji etik. Uji analisis menggunkaan uji Wilcoxon, indenpendet t-test dan chi-square. The flood disaster caused considerable psychological effects, one of which is Acute Stress Disorder and the emergence of cognitive distortions. Treatments that can be given to overcome these problems are generalist therapy and Cognitive Therapy. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of generalist therapy and cognitive therapy on the decrease of ASD symptom sign and the ability to change negative thoughts on flood victims. The research design was Quasy Experimental pre test post test with Control Group , 62 samples 31 intervention group and 31 control group . The control group was given generalist therapy and the intervention group was given generalist therapy and cognitive therapy. The instruments used are Acute Stress Disorder Scale ASDS and Thought Control Questionnair TCQ . Both of these instruments have passed the previous validity and reliability test and this research has passed the ethical test. The analytical test used the Wilcoxon test, t test indent and chi square.
