Stroke merupakan penyakit kardiovaskuler yang mengakibatkan kematian, kecacatanserta berdampak pada sosial ekonomi. Untuk mencegah terjadinya stroke, maka perludilakukan upaya deteksi dini melalui faktor risiko. Deteksi dini stroke juga dapatdilakukan melalui pemeriksaan fungsi kognitif. Sistem informasi surveilans penyakittidak menular yang ada saat ini telah menyediakan pencatatan faktor risiko namun belumdapat memberikan informasi besaran risiko penyakit stroke. Selain itu, sistem juga belummengakomodir deteksi dini penyakit stroke melalui fungsi kognitif. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan prototipe sistem informasi untukmendeteksi besaran risiko stroke melalui faktor risiko dan potensi penyakit stroke melaluifungsi kognitif. Pengembangan sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatanSystem Development Life Cycle SDLC dengan metode prototipe. Pengembangan sisteminformasi dilakukan berdasarkan pengumpulan informasi terhadap pengguna. Informasi yang dihasilkan berupa indikator besaran risiko dan potensi stroke berdasarkan algoritmapenghitungan pada metode stroke prone profile dan montreal cognitive assessment MoCA-Ina. Penyajian berupa grafik dan rekomendasi/saran pada besaran risiko dapatdigunakan untuk pemantauan faktor risiko stroke. Sistem informasi ini dapat diaksessecara online melalui smartphone maupun komputer. Pengembangan sistem lebih lanjutdiperlukan untuk mencatat rujukan dari Puskesmas/FKTP ke RS/fasilitas kesehatantingkat lanjut terhadap masyarakat yang berisiko tinggi dan berpotensi stroke. Stroke is a cardiovascular disease that causes death, disability, and socioeconomic impact. To prevent the occurrence of stroke, early detection is needed through by riskfactors. The potent of stroke can also be detected by cognitive assessment. The currentnoncommunicable disease surveillance system has provided recording of risk factor buthas not been able to provide information on the magnitude of the risk of stroke. Inaddition, the system has not accommodated the early detection of stroke disease throughcognitive function. This study aims are to design and to develop prototyping informationsystems that can detect magnitude risk of stroke and potential stroke by cognitivefunction. System development in this research is using System Development Life Cycle SDLC approach with prototyping method. Information system development is based oninformation gathering to the user. The resulting information is an indicator of themagnitude of risk and potential stroke based on the calculation of algorithm on strokeprone profile and montreal cognitive assessment MoCA Ina method. The presentationof graphs and recommendations suggestions on the magnitude of risk can be used formonitoring stroke risk factors. This information system can be accessed online viasmartphone or computer. Further system development is needed to record referrals fromPuskesmas FKTP to advanced health facilities hospital to people at high risk andpotentially stroke. |
