ABSTRAK Tesis ini mengkaji tentang teks Serat Kangsa Adu-Adu Macapat koleksi perpustakaan Reksapustaka Pura Mangkunegaran Surakarta. Teks ini termasuk karya sastra Jawa berkategori cerita wayang. Fokus kajian ini terbagi menjadi dua. Pertama kajian filologis yaitu menyajikan edisi teks Serat Kangsa Adu-Adu Macapat yang telah dibersihkan dari kesalahan dan diterjemahkan sehingga kandungannya dapat dipahami oleh masyarakat masa sekarang. Kedua secara kesastraan, memfokuskan genre teks yang berbentuk puisi tradisional Jawa atau macapat yang digunakan di dalam teks melalui metrum-metrumnya tersusun dalam rangkaian pupuh menggambarkan watak atau karakter tembang. Metrum macapat yang terdapat di dalam teks yaitu Asmaradana berwatak keprihatinan, kesedihan, nelangsa, kebahagiaan, dan kasmaran; Sinom berwatak menggebu-gebu, antusias, cekatan, lincah; Pangkur berwatak memuncak: puncak amarah, puncak rasa cinta, Pocung berwatak santai, jenaka, sendau gurau, dan tidak terlalu serius; Durma berwatak menggurui: peyampaian perintah, curahan perasaan marah, sedih; Mijil berwatak nasihat, himbauan, perencanaan; Dhandhanggula berwatak lentur, senang, sedih; Gambuh berwatak akrab, dekat; Kinanthi berwatak asih, bahagia, bersama, bergandengan. ABSTRACT This research examines the text of Sêrat Kangsa Adu-Adu Macapat from the collection of the Reksapustaka Pura Mangkunegaran Surakarta library. This text includes Javanese literary works categorized wayang stories. The focuses of this study is divided into two. The first philological study is presenting the edition of the text of Sêrat Kangsa Adu-Adu Macapat which has been cleansed of mistakes and translated so that its contents can be understood by nowadays society. Second literally, focusing on the genre of text in the form of traditional Javanese poetry or macapat used in the text through the metrums arranged in a series of pupuh depicting the character of the song. The macapat metrum contained in the text of Asmaradana is of concerned, sadness, misfortune, happiness, and love; Sinom is passionate, enthusiastic, nimble, lively; Pangkur is peaked: the peak of anger, the peak of love, Pocung relaxed character, witty, pleasantry, and not too serious; Durma is patronizing: commanding orders, outbursts of anger, sadness; Mijil has the character of advices, appeal, planning; Dhandhanggula is flexible, happy, sad; Gambuh is familiar, close; Kinanthi has a loving, happy, shared character, hand in hand. |
