Praktik kerja profesi di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Periode Bulan Maret ndash; April Tahun 2018 bertujuan agar calon apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di industi farmasi; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Validasi Metode Analisis Kadar pada Tablet X 5 mg dan Tablet X 10 mg Menggunakan Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus yaitu validasi metode analisis kadar pada tablet X adalah untuk membuat bukti terdokumentasi yang mempunyai jaminan tinggi bahwa metode analisis kadar pada tablet X yang dilakukan dapat dilakukan secara konsisten serta memberikan hasil yang memenuhi spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. Internship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Period March ndash; April 2018 for the prospective pharmacists aims to understand the role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry; have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in the pharmaceutical industry; understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practices GMP in the pharmaceutical industry; and also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues in the pharmaceutical industry. This internship was conducted for two months with special assignment Validation of Analytical Methods for Assay of Tablets X 5 mg and Tablets X 10 mg Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to have the validation of analytical methods for assay of tablets X done in order to make documented evidence that has a high guarantee that the method of analytical for assay of tablets X can be done consistently and provide good result which is meet the specified specifiactions. |
