Praktik kerja profesi di PT Apotek Kimia Farma Nomor 284 Bekasi Periode Bulan Januari Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta pelayanan kefarmasian yang sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan serta mengetahui kondisi nyata tentang permasalahan yang terjadi di apotek. Selama praktik kerja, penulis belajar melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian yang sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek dibawah pengawasan apoteker pengelola apotek. Tugas khusus yang penulis kerjakan berjudul ldquo;Analisis Resep Pasien Ostoartritis di Apotek Kimia Farma Nomor 284 Bekasi rdquo; dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kelengkapan resep secara administratif, farmasetis, dan klinis serta mengetahui komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi yang diberikan kepada pasien penerima resep osteoartritis. Secara umum, apotek Kimia Farma Nomor 284 Bekasi belum menerapkan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek secara sempurna. Pelayanan home pharmacy care, konseling, pemantauan terapi obat, dan monitoring efek samping obat merupakan pelayanan yang belum dilakukan di apotek. Penulis juga telah memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker serta mengetahui permasalahan yang sering terjadi dan solusi yang dapat diberikan. Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma Number 284 Bekasi period January 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management and pharmaceutical services in accordance to regulations and knowing the real conditions and activities in pharmacy. During the practice, the author learned to do pharmaceutical services in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health number 73 the year 2016 about Pharmaceutical Services Standard in Pharmacy under pharmacist supervision. The special assignment that given is ldquo;Analysis of Osteoarthritis Prescription in Apotek Kimia Farma Number 284 Bekasi rdquo; to analyze the completeness of prescriptions by administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical. And also knowing the information, communication, and education that will give to patients with osteoarthritis. In general, Apotek Kimia Farma Nomor 284 Bekasi have not applied Pharmaceutical Services Standard in Pharmacy completely. Home pharmacy care, counseling, drugs therapy monitoring, and the adverse effect of drugs monitoring are the services that have not been done in pharmacy. The authors also understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists and have ability to provide solutions on some issues in the pharmacy. |
