Praktek kerja profesi di PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanggis Plant Periode Bulan Februari- Maret Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Selama kegiatan praktik kerja berlangsung, penulis ditempatkan di departemen Quality Assurance. Tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu berjudul ldquo;Efektivitas Capa Corrective And Preventive Action Terhadap Deviasi Pada Tahun 2017 rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus tersebut adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Corrective Action and Preventive Action CAPA tertentu yang telah diterapkan di PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanggis Plant dapat secara efektif mencegah penyimpangan tertentu dan tidak terjadi kejadian berulang selama enam bulan setelah CAPA ditutup. penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi. Internship at PT Bayer Indonesia aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. During internship, the author was placed in Quality Assurance. The special assignment given is ldquo;CAPA effectiveness Corrective And Preventive Action of Deviation in 2017 rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to to determine whether certain Corrective Action and Preventive Action CAPA applied in PT Bayer Indonesia - Cimanggis Plant can effectively prevent certain deviations and no recurring events occur for six months after the CAPA is closed, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy. |
