ABSTRAK Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 400 Galaxy Periode Bulan Januari 2018 bertujuan agar calon Apoteker mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan Apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang ndash; undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan ndash; kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan prakik kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus ldquo;Analisis Pengkajian Peresepan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 400 Galaxy. rdquo;Tujuan pemberian tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon Apoteker mampu memastikan bahwa resep ndash; resep di Apotik Kimia Farma No. 400 Galaxy telah memenuhi ketentuan sesuai dengan pengkajian administrasi, farmasetis, dan klinis. ABSTRACT Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 400 Galaxy period of January 2018 aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of the Pharmacist in the management of the Pharmacy itself and to practice the pharmacy service in accordance with applicable provisions and ethics, to have knowledge, skills, and practical experience for pharmaceutical practice at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 400 Galaxy, as well as having a clear picture of the issue of pharmaceutical practice and studying strategies and activites that can be done in order to develop pharmaceutical practice. This internship is carried out for four weeks with a specific assignment ldquo;Analysis and Review Prescription at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 400 Galaxy. rdquo; The purpose of this assignment is to allow the prospective pharmacist to be able to ensure that the prescriptions in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 400 Galaxy has fulfilled the requirements in accordance with administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical assessments. |
