ABSTRAK Praktik kerja profesi di PT. Phapros, Tbk. Semarang pada periode bulan februari ndash; maret tahun 2018 bertujuan agar seorang calon apoteker mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul ldquo;Reformulasi Tablet Salut Enterik Menjadi Tablet Salut Gula rdquo; dimana tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT. Phapros, Tbk. adalah melakukan reformulasi tablet salut enterik yang ada menjadi tablet salut gula, serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap tablet salut gula pada Departemen Pengembangan dan Perencanaan Produk. Secara umum, PT. Phapros, Tbk. telah melaksanakan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik. Dengan dilaksanakannya praktik kerja profesi di PT. Phapros, Tbk, penulis memahami peran seorang apoteker pada industri farmasi serta memiliki tambahan wawasan, pengetahuan serta pengalaman yang dibutuhkan oleh seorang apoteker. ABSTRACT Internship at PT Phapros, Tbk. Semarang for the period february ndash; march 2018 aims for a prospective pharmacy to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, a prospective pharmacy can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is ldquo;Reformulation of Enteric Coated Tablets into Sugar Coated Tablets rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to reformulate exsisting enteric coated tablets into sugar coated tablets and to do evaluation of the sugar coated tablets in Research and Development Departement . In general, PT. Phapros, Tbk. has applied 12 aspects of GMP well. With the implementation of internship at PT. Phapros, Tbk. the authors have the ability to understand the roles of pharmacists and also had the insights, knowledges, and practical experience that a pharmacist need to have in a pharmaceutical industry. |
