ABSTRAK Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Nellco Indopharma Periode April-Mei 2018 bertujuan agar calon apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik di Industri Farmasi dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktik kerja ini dilakukan selama 8 minggu dengan tugas khusus yang berjudul ldquo;Protokol Revalidasi Mapping Suhu Gudang PT. Nellco Indopharma rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah melakukan validasi ulang titik pemantauan suhu di gudang dan mengetahui apakah suhu gudang masuk ke dalam spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. ABSTRACT Internship at PT Nellco Indopharma Period April-May 2018 aims to enable pharmacist candidates to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry, to have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work in the Pharmaceutical Industry, understand the application of the Good Manufacturing Practice in the Pharmaceutical Industry and has a real picture of pharmaceutical work problems in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This work practice is carried out for 8 weeks with a special task entitled Warehouse Temperature Mapping Revalidation Protocol PT. Nellco Indopharma . The purpose of this particular task is to re-validate the temperature monitoring point in the warehouse and find out whether the warehouse temperature is entered into the specified specifications. |
