Karya ilmiah akhir merupakan laporan akhir praktik residensi keperawatan medikal bedah yang terdiri dari pengelolaan kasus gangguan sistem perkemihan dengan pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy, penerapan evidence based nursing berupa masase intradialisis untuk mengurangi kram otot pada pasien hemodialisis dan melakukan proyek inovasi kelompok berupa edukasi penanganan komplikasi akut menggunakan metode audiovisual pada pasien hemodialisis. Pendekatan teori Adaptasi Roy bertujuan agar pasien dapat menemukan cara untuk beradaptasi terhadap keterbatasan penyakit sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka. Masase intradialisis yang dilakukan saat pasien menjalani HD efektif dalam mengurangi kram otot pada pasien hemodialisis, caranya mudah diaplikasikan dan tidak ada efek samping sehingga dapat diaplikasikan perawat sebagai intervensi manajemen nonfarmakologis kram otot. Edukasi audiovisual tentang cara penanganan komplikasi akut hemodialisis dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien dan juga membantu perawat dalam memberikan edukasi pada pasien yang menjalani terapi hemodialisis. This paper was an analysis report of residency medical surgical nursing practice consisted of case management of urinary system disorder with Roy's adaptation theory approach, application of evidence based nursing about intradialytic massage to reduce muscle cramps in hemodialysis patient, innovation projects of education to handle acute complication by using audiovisual methods for hemodialysis patients. The purpose of Roy's adaptation theory approach was to allow patients to cope with the limitations of illness and they could improved their quality of life. Intradialytic massage was effective to reduce muscle cramps in hemodialysis patients and easy to apply without side effects. Therefore it can be applied by nurses as nonpharmacologic intervention to reduce muscle cramps. Audiovisual education was performed to treat acute complication in hemodialysis patient by improving the patient's knowledge and motivating the nurse to provide education for patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. |
