AIESEC Universitas Indonesia UI merupakan bagian dari cabang lokal organisasi not for profit internasional AIESEC yang memfokuskan diri untuk memberdayakan kaum muda untuk membuat dampak positif di masyarakat dengan visi peace and fulfillment of humankind potential. AIESEC UI sendiri merupakan salah satu cabang lokal dengan performa terbaik di Indonesia dan dikategorikan sebagai cluster big. Tetapi AIESEC UI tidak begitu memikirkan aspek komunikasi dalam pembuatan program Probation yang termasuk kedalam alur perekrutan sekaligus pendidikan awal anggota baru. Karena itu diperlukan sebuah strategi komunikasi untuk memastikan bahwa pesan yang berusaha dibawa oleh program Probation dapat diterima oleh calon anggota baru AIESEC UI. AIESEC Universitas Indonesia UI are part of local branches of not for profit international organization AIESEC which focused itself in empowering youth to make positive impact in society with peace and fulfillment of humankind potential as a vision. AIESEC UI itself is one of local branch with the best performance in Indonesia which categorized as cluster big. However, AIESEC UI didn't really focus on communication aspect in the creation of Probation program, which is a part of recruitment flow as well as an early education for a new member. Therefore, it is needed to create a solid communication strategy to make sure that the message that this program tried to convey can be accepted by the prospective new member. |
