Abstract
ABSTRAK
Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai penilaian penerapan tata kelola perusahaan pada PT KLM untuk tahun 2017. PT KLM merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan BUMN. Laporan ini menjelaskan mengenai kebijakan tata kelola PT KLM, cara penilaian yang dilakukan oleh KAP ABC, nilai yang diadapatkan oleh PT KLM, serta rekomendasi untuk peningkatan tata kelola PT KLM. Berdasarkan penilaian atas tata kelola perusahaan, telah ditemukan adanya beberapa peraturan yang tidak dipenuhi oleh perusahaan. Namun, dari analisis yang dibuat disimpulkan bahwa PT KLM telah menerapkan tata kelola perusahaan dengan baik.
ABSTRACT
This internship report explains corporate governance assessment at PT KLM for the year 2017. PT KLM is one of the subsidiaries of SOEs. This report contains analysis of PT KLM, the assessment method that is done by KAP ABC, the result value earned by PT KLM, and the recommendation based on analysis to improve PT KLM rsquo;s management. Based on the corporate governance assessment, there are several indicators which do not meet the regulation. However, from the analysis made, it is confirmed that PT KLM has introduced good corporate governance.
