Abstract
ABSTRACT This research is aimed to measure the possibility or impact of risks that arise from the construction of solar floating photovoltaic power plants in the island of Kei Kecil, Southeast Maluku as risk assesment by using monte carlo methods so that the risk can be known well. The scope of this research are technical, economical, commercial, organizational, and political aspects. According to the calculation results, the total risk is 4.12 which is in the ALARP zone and after simulation gets a value of 3.89 with the most influential risk factor being Cost of Energy (CoE). The renewal of this research is floating solar photovoltaic technology in the sea with the location of Small Kei Island as the outermost island in Indonesia.
