Abstract
ABSTRAK
Laporan magang ini membahas peranan akuntan publik dalam proses penawaran umum perdana saham PT MGP yang bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan tekstil, pakaian dan alas kaki. Peranan akuntan publik dianalisis di tahapan proses penawaran umum perdana saham dan perngaruhnya terhadap PT MGP. Hasil analisis menjelaskan KAP TCP berperan dalam melakukan audit atas laporan keuangan dan mereviu bagian dari prospektus yang disusun sebagai persyaratan penawaran umum perdana.
ABSTRACT
This internship report discusses the role of public accountants in the process of the initial public offering of PT MGP`s shares which are engaged in the trade of textiles, clothing and footwear. The role of public accountants will be analyzed at the stage of the initial public offering process and its impact on PT MGP. The results of the analysis explain that KAP TCP has a role in conducting audits of financial statements and reviewing parts of the prospectus which are compiled as requirments for the initial public offering of PT MGP`s shares.
