ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan audit pemasaran untuk PT NOS agar dapat bersaing dengan para pemimpin industry agen perjalanan online untuk melakukan audit pemasaran di perusahaan berbasis web. Laporan magang ini akan memanfaatkan kerangka kerja bauran pemasaran Web 4S karena peneliti yakin bahwa campuran pemasaran yang lebih umum yaitu bauran pemasaran 4P yang kurang mencakup interaktivitas pelanggan, kurangnya orientasi terhadap pelanggan dan konten strategis. Penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan data kualitaitf dimana data dikumpulkan dari desk research dan wawancara mendalam ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to conduct a marketing audit for PT NOS in order to be able to compete with the market leaders of the Online Travel Agent Industry.
