ABSTRAK Sistem kesehatan memiliki tujuan utama yaitu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yangaman dan berkualitas. Apoteker turut memiliki peran untuk meningkatkan kualitaspelayanan dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan. Seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaanobat-obatan, terdapat peningkatan risiko medication error serta masalah terkait obatlainnya. Salah satu tujuan dari pelayanan kefarmasian yaitu untuk mencegah terjadinyamedication error sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan kualitas hidup pasien dan mencapaihasil terapi yang optimal. Apoteker perlu untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensinyasehingga dapat melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian yang sesuai dengan peraturanperundang-undangan. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa mengikuti Praktek Kerja ProfesiApoteker (PKPA) yang bertujuan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami tugas dantanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanankefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku,memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untukmelakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek. PKPA dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia FarmaNo.366 Depok. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PKPA diantaranya melakukanpelayanan informasi obat, pelayanan swamedikasi, telefarma, peracikan sediaan padatdan semipadat, serta penerimaan barang datang dari PBF. Berdasarkan hasil PKPA dapatdisimpulkan apoteker memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam seluruh rangkaianpelayanan kefarmasian meliputi pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasiklinis sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. One of the goals of pharmaceutical services is to prevent medicationerrors so that they can optimize the quality of life of patients and achieve optimaltherapeutic results. Pharmacists need to continue to improve their competencies so thatthey can do pharmaceutical services in accordance with the laws and regulations.Therefore, pharmacist students follow the Apothecary Profession Internship (PKPA)which aims to be able to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in themanagement of pharmacy, as well as pharmaceutical services in accordance withapplicable laws and ethics, have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience topharmaceutical practice at the pharmacy. PKPA was held at Kimia Farma No. 366Pharmacy Depok. The activities carried out during PKPA included drug informationservices, self-medication services, telefarma, compounding solid and semisolidpreparations, and receiving goods coming from Pharmaceutical Wholesaler. Based on theresults of PKPA, it can be concluded that pharmacists have duties and responsibilities inthe entire series of pharmaceutical services including the management of pharmaceuticalsupplies and clinical pharmacy services in accordance with the laws and regulations. |
