ABSTRAK
Tesis ini menjelaskan tentang perkembangan industri tekstil di PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk; Sritex dan dampaknya terhadap kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi di Sukoharjo 1979-1994. Penelitian sosial historis ini berfokus pada pengembangan industri dan yang mempengaruhi masyarakat Sukoharjo. Industri Tekstil adalah jenis industri yang merekrut tenaga kerja besar dan itulah alasan terbesar mengapa Sritex mempengaruhi aspek kehidupan orang-orang. Pada awalnya, Sritex menghadapi kendala dalam mencapai kesuksesan mereka. Tetapi pada akhirnya, Sritex menjadi salah satu pabrik integrasi terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Dalam tesis ini, peneliti menggunakan metode historis dengan mengumpulkan beberapa sumber literatur dan berita kontemporer. Peneliti mencoba menyelesaikan penelitian terakhir P.T Sritex secara kronologis, dari awal hingga efeknya.
ABSTRACT
This thesis describes the development of the textile industry at PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk; Sritex and its impact on social and economic life in Sukoharjo 1979-1994. This historical social research focuses on industrial development and which affects the people of Sukoharjo. The Textile Industry is the type of industry that recruits a large workforce and that is the biggest reason why Sritex affects aspects of people's lives. In the beginning, Sritex faced obstacles in achieving their success. But in the end, Sritex became one of the largest integration factories in Southeast Asia. In this thesis, the researcher uses the historical method by gathering several sources of contemporary literature and news. Researchers tried to complete the last research P. Sritex chronologically, from the beginning to the effect. |
