Abstract
ABSTRAK
This paper aims to discuss primarily on the notion of the kind of work-integrated learning model that would be plausible for Indonesian colleges by considering elements pertinent to policies and practices from the perspective of higher education. Strategizing analysis frameworks were used to dissect the information base on policies, best practices, and current situations related to co-operative education programs. The results show that a work-integrated model that is practicable for Indonesian co-op education should consider both the top-bottom viewpoints as well as weighing both drives and threats help examine its potential
