Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran nilai Islam dalam pengembangan perusahaan startup digital. Studi-studi sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan perusahaan ditentukan pada nilai inovasi, modal psikologi dan pola kepemimpinan. Berbeda dari studi-studi sebelumnya dengan mengacu pada perusahaan startup digital PT. Badr Interactive penulis ingin menunjukkan bahwa faktor keberhasilan perusahaan rintisan atau startup tidak hanya ditentukan pada nilai inovasi, modal psikologi, dan pola kepemimpinan tetapi justru karena peran penting nilai Islam yang dibangun oleh perusahaan. Nilai Islam menciptakan meaning yang besar pada diri karyawan sehingga membuat mereka lebih survive dalam usaha mengembangkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dikaji menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada PT Badr Interactive.
This study aims to explain the role of Islamic values in the development of digital startup companies. Previous studies show that company development is determined by the value of innovation, psychological capital and leadership patterns. Different from previous studies with reference to the digital startup company PT. Badr Interactive, the writer wants to show that the success factor of startup company is not only determined by the value of innovation, psychological capital, and leadership patterns but precisely because of the important role of Islamic values built by the company. Islamic values create a great meaning in employees so that they make them more survive in the effort to develop the company. This study was examined using qualitative research methods with case studies at PT Badr Interactive.
