Perkembangan cara pembayaran di Indonesia dalam beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan yang luar biasa terutama uang elektronik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan jumlah transaksi uang elektronik yang semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya terutama yang dimulai pada kuartal III di tahun 2019. Dengan perkembangan tersebut, kompetisi antar perusahaan penyedia pembayaran seluler terutama e-wallet yang semakin ketat mempengaruhi continuance intention pada aplikasi tersebut. Hal lain yang mendasari penelitian ini juga dikarenakan belum tercapainya target e-wallet X untuk menjadi aplikasi fintek nomor satu di Indonesia Maka dari itu, para perusahaan e-wallet X membutuhkan strategi yang kuat untuk meningkatkan keloyalitasan pelanggan. Dalam pembuatan strategi tersebut, diteliti pengaruh variabel compatibility, simplicity, economic value, perceived privacy risk, switching cost, personal innovativeness, perceived value terhadap continuance intention. Selain itu, digunakan importance-satisfaction analysis untuk mendapatkan strategi beserta prioritas pelaksanaannya. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan strategi untuk perusahaan e-wallet X dalam meningkatkan continuance intention. The development of payment methods in Indonesia in the past few years has experienced a tremendous increase especially in electronic money. This is evidenced by the increasing number of electronic money transactions every year, especially those that began in the third quarter of 2017. With these developments, competition between mobile payment provider companies, especially e-wallet, which increasingly affects continuance intention in the application. Another thing that underlies this research is also because the achievement of e-wallet X has not been achieved to become the number one on fintechs application in Indonesia. Therefore, e-wallet X companies need a strong strategy to increase customer loyalty based on continuance intention. In making this strategy, the variables of compatibility, simplicity, economic value, perceived privacy risk, switching costs, personal innovativeness, perceived value on continuance intention were examined. In addition, it is used an importance satisfaction analysis to obtain strategies and their implementation priorities. The results of this study are a strategy for e-wallet X company in increasing continuance intention. |
