mencapai 14% di bandingkan dengan penyakit mental lainnya seperti depresi 10% dan ansietas 4%. Salah satu tanda gejala yang muncul pada skizofrenia adalaha halusinasi. Diantara jenis halusinasi, halusinasi pendengaran paling sering terjadi pada penderita skizofrenia. Diperkirakan 74% pasien yang terdiagnosis skizofrenia mengalami halusinasi pendengaran. Halusinasi dapat menimbulkan dampak berbahaya bagi penderita seperti mencedrai diri sendiri atau pun orang lain. Penulisan karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk melaporkan hasil asuhan keperawatan klien dengan halusinasi pendengaran. Intervesi keperawatan utama pada karya ilmiah ini yaitu melakukakn aktivitas fisik. Hasil dari penerapan intervensi didapatkan bahwa terdapat penurunan tanda gejala dari skor awal yaitu 22 dan setelah dilakukan aktivitas fisik selama tiga hari berturut-turut skor berkurang menjadi 8, yang diukur dengan skala penurunan tanda gejala menggunakan SAPS ( Scale for The Assesment of Positive Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that has the highest percentage in the world reaching 14% compared to other mental illnesses such as depression 10% and anxiety 4%. One sign that symptoms appear in schizophrenia is hallucinations. Among the types of hallucinations, auditory hallucinations are most common in people with schizophrenia. It is estimated that 74% of patients diagnosed with schizophrenia experience auditory hallucinations. Hallucinations can cause harmful effects for sufferers such as spreading themselves or others. The writing of this scientific work aims to report the results of client nursing care with auditory hallucinations. The main nursing intervention in this scientific work is doing physical activity. The results of the intervention implementation showed that there was a decrease in symptom signs from the initial score of 22 and after physical activity for three consecutive days the score was reduced to 8, as measured by the scale of decreasing symptoms using the Scale for Assessment of Positive Symptons. |
