Beberapa studi sebelumnya telah mengidentifikasi bahwa faktor-faktor psikososial dan fisik berhubungan dengan perkembangan gangguan muskuloskeletal (MSD). Namun, hubungannya MSD dengan faktor psikososial dan fisik belum sepenuhnya dipelajari di Air Pekerja Layanan Lalu Lintas (ATS). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor risiko PT gejala MSD pada pekerja kantor dan Pengendali Lalu Lintas Udara (ATC). Itu desain penelitian adalah cross-sectional, dengan 50 pekerja kantor dan 70 ATC dari Area Unit Control Center (ACC) terlibat. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan Daftar Periksa Eksposur Cepat (QEC). Univariat dan bivariat Analisis Regresi Logistik digunakan untuk mencari hubungan antara faktor psikososial dan fisik dengan gejala MSD. Variabel termasuk dalam ini penelitian adalah faktor individu (jenis pekerjaan, jenis kelamin, usia, indeks massa tubuh, merokok status, dan lama kerja), faktor psikososial (tuntutan pekerjaan, kontrol pekerjaan, peran dan tanggung jawab, dukungan sosial, kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja), faktor fisik (postur canggung, postur statis, dan gerakan berulang), dan faktor lingkungan (pencahayaan dan iklim kerja). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gejala muskuloskeletal gangguan pada leher, bahu, dan punggung bawah adalah MSD yang paling umum. Sana adalah hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis pekerjaan dan stres kerja dengan gangguan dalam bahu dan punggung bawah, jenis kelamin dan usia dengan gangguan bahu, kontrol bekerja dengan gangguan di leher, dan tingkat risiko pada punggung dan pergelangan tangan dengan gangguan punggung bawah. Oleh karena itu, perlu untuk mengambil langkah-langkah kontrol lebih lanjut mengurangi masalah gejala MSDs di tempat kerja.
Several previous studies have identified that psychosocial and physical factors are associated with the development of musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). However, the relationship of MSD with psychosocial and physical factors has not been fully studied in Water Traffic Service Workers (ATS). The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors of PT MSD symptoms in office workers and Air Traffic Control (ATC). The research design was cross-sectional, with 50 office workers and 70 ATC from the Area Unit Control Center (ACC) is involved. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and a Fast Exposure Checklist (QEC). Univariate and Bivariate Logistic Regression Analysis are used to find the relationship between psychosocial and physical factors with MSD symptoms. Variables included in this study are individual factors (type of work, sex, age, body mass index, smoking status, and length of work), psychosocial factors (job demands, job control, roles and responsibilities, social support, job satisfaction, and work stress), physical factors (awkward postures, static postures, and repetitive movements), and environmental factors (lighting and work climate). The results showed that the symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders in the neck, shoulders, and lower back were the most common MSDs. There is a significant relationship between the type of work and work stress with internal disturbances shoulders and lower back, gender and age with shoulder disorders, controls working with disorders in the neck, and the level of risk in the back and wrists with lower back disorders. Therefore, it is necessary to take control steps to further reduce the problem of MSDs symptoms at work. |
