Abstract
Sebuah pemikiran mengenai kepemilikan atas diri sendiri, atau sebuah terminologi yang sering digunakan yaitu Self-Ownership merupakan sebuah konsep yang dapat dilacak secara historis. Sebuah pemikiran konseptual mengenai kepemilikan atas diri sendiri merupakan sebuah konsep yang seringkali dikaitkan dengan sebuah konsep keadilan. Hal ini, mengundang sebuah pertanyaan yang mendasar mengenai justifikasi epistemologis dari sebuah akar konseptual konsep Self-Ownership dan identifikasi epistemologis tersebut adalah konsep imperatif kategoris Immanuel Kant dengan segenap konsep pendukungnya.

A thought of Self-Ownership, or a frequently used terminology of Self-Ownership is a historically traceable concept. A conceptual concept of Self-Ownership is a concept often associated with a concept of justice. This invites a fundamental question of the epistemological justification of a conceptual root of the concept of Self-Ownership and the epistemology identification of it is the concept of Immanuel Kant Imperative Category and its whole supporting concept.
