Hipertensi sampai saat ini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Prevalensi hipertensi di Provinsi DKI Jakarta cukup tinggi yakni sebesar 33,4%(Kementerian Kesehatan RI, 2018). Terdapat beberapa faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kejadian hipertensi salah satunya adalah obesitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara obesitas dengan kejadian hipertensi. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan menggunakan data sekunder kegiatan Posbindu PTM di Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan metode total sampling dengan kriteria inklusi penduduk berusia 15-64 tahun yang terdaftar dan data pemeriksaan tercatat lengkap sesuai variabel penelitian dan minimal melakukan satu kali pengukuran hipertensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi hipertensi di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yaitu 26,2% dan obesitas sebesar 17,4%. Terdapat hubungan yang bermaksa secara statistik antara obesitas dengan kejadian hipertensi. Berdasarkan analisis regresi logistik, responden yang obesitas memiliki risiko sebesar 1,8 kali untuk menderita hipertensi dibandingkan yang tidak obesitas setelah dikontrol oleh variabel jenis kelamin dan interaksi antara obesitas dengan jenis kelamin. Oleh karena itu perlu ditingkatkan peran serta masyarakat dan pengaplikasian perilaku GERMAS serta pengoptimalan kegiatan Posbindu PTM diharapkan dapat mengendalikan obesitas dan hipertensi. Hypertension is still a health problem in the world including Indonesia. The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is quite high at 33,4%(Kementerian Kesehatan RI, 2018). There are several factors that contribute to the incidence of hypertension, one of which is obesity. This study aims to determine the relationship between obesity and the incidence of hypertension. The design of this study is cross sectional using secondary data from Posbindu PTM of DKI Jakarta Province in 2018. The sample in this study was selected using total sampling method with inclusion criteria such as the productive age population that registered, the examination data were recorded according to the research variables and minimum has done one measurement of hypertension. The result showed that the proportion of hypertension from DKI Jakarta Province was 26,2% and obesity was 17,4%. There was a statistically significant relations between obesity and hypertension. People with obesity had a risk of 1,8 times for hypertension compared to non-obese individuals after being controlled by sex variabels and the interactions between obesity and sex. Therefore it is necessary to increase the participation of the community, applying GERMAS behavior, and optimization of Posbindu PTM activities that are expected to control obesity and hypertension. |
