Abstract
ABSTRAK
Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek, dan Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF). Seorang apoteker diketiga tempat tersebut harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk dapat bekerja diketiga tempat tersebut dan menjalani praktek kefarmasian. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan saat apoteker lulus dan memasuki dunia kerja. Sebagai bekal pengalaman calon apoteker untuk memasuki dunia kerja serta memahami tugas dan kerja apoteker, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Aventis Pharma, Apotek Atrika, dan PT SamMarie Tramedifa selama periode bulan Januari-April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dan memperluas wawasan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.
ABSTRACT A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, and Pharmaceutical Wholesalers. A pharmacist in these three places must meet the competency standards as a requirement to be able to work in these three places and practice pharmacy. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competencies as abilities expected when pharmacists graduate and enter the workforce. As a preparation for the experience of prospective pharmacists to enter the workforce and understand the duties and work of pharmacists, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are implemented at PT Aventis Pharma, Atrika Pharmacy, and PT SamMarie Tramedifa during the January-April 2019 period. pharmacists can increase their competence and broaden their horizons to carry out pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces.
