Karena itu, PT Pelita Air Service harus melakukan aircraft rejuvenation dengan membeli helikopter baru. PT Pelita Air Service ingin helikopter yang berfokus untuk operasi industri minyak dan gas di offshore dikarenakan rencana pengembangan minyak dan gas akan berfokus di offshore. Terdapat tiga jenis helikopter yang dipertimbangkan yaitu AW139, AW169, dan H145. Proses pengerjaan di mulai dengan mengidentifikasi kriteria paling sesuai yang di nilai oleh parah ahli daribidang yang berbeda. Lalu, karena beragamnya perspektif dari para ahli, Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP), suatu metode Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) digunakan untuk memperoleh kepentingan / bobot kriteria. FAHP digunakan karena metode tersebut menangani vagueness yang melekat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Lalu bobot kriteria yang telah didapat digunakan dalam perhitungan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk menentukan peringkat helikopter tersebut. Dari perhitutngan, solusi terbaik dengan closeness coefficient (CCi) sebesar 0.989345459 adalah AW169. Setelah mendapatkan jenis helikopter yang terbaik dengan metode FAHP-TOPSIS, dilakukan financial feasibility analysis untuk mengetahui layak atau tidaknya pembelian helicopter tersebut dari segi finansial. Then, because of the diverse perspectives of experts, the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP), a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method is used to obtain importance/weight criteria. FAHP is used because the method handles vagueness inherent in the decision-making process.Then the weight criteria that have been obtained are used in the calculation of the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to determine the helicopter's rank. From the calculation the best Alternative with the highest closeness coefficient (CCi) of 0.989345459 is AW169. After getting the best type of helicopter with the FAHP-TOPSIS method, a financial feasibility analysis is carried out to determine whether the helicopter is financially feasible or not. |
