Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengembangan desa wisata melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan pengembangan desa wisata, dan dampak dari pengembangan desa wisata melalui pemberdayaan masyarakatdesa wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yang pertama adalah terdapat tiga tahapan dalam pengembangan desa wisata yang dilakukan, yaitu: tahap yang pertama adalah tahap persiapan, kemudian tahap kedua adalah tahap pengkajian dan perencanaan, dan tahap yang ketiga adalah tahap pelaksanaan pengembangan desa wisata Tapos-1. Dalam tahapan pengembangan terjadi faktor pendorong dan penghambat pada tahapan pengembangan yang dilaksanakan. Hasil yang kedua adalahdampak dari pengembangan desa wisata melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat yang meliputi dampak struktur ekonomi pada masyarakat, struktur budaya dan struktur infrastruktur.
This thesis discusses about development of rural tourism through community empowerment. The purpose of this study was to determine the stage of developing a tourist village, and impact resulting from the development of a tourist village through the empowerment of a tourist village community. This study used a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques used were in-depthinterviews, observation, and study of documentation. The results of this study are the first there are three stages carried out in the development of tourist villages, namely: the first stage is the preparation phase, then the second stage is the mapping of tourist sites and determine the needs of the village community, and the third stage is the implementation stage of Tapos-1 tourism village development. In the stage of development, there are driving and inhibiting factors at each stage of development carried out. In addition, the results obtained in the development of villages carried out were an increase income and the opening of employment opportunities for Tapos-1 tourism village communities. Besides that, there is an impact resulting from the development of the tourism such as economic structure, social structure, and infrastucture village through the empowerment of the tourism village community. |
