ABSTRAKTugas Karya Akhir ini membahas mengenai penerapan whistleblowing system sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan situasional terhadap tindak kejahatan okupasional di PT. X. PT.X dalam upaya mencegah sekaligus meminimalisir kejahatan okupasional menerapkan mekanisme bernama whistleblowing system sebagai intervensi pada risiko terjadinya kejahatan okupasional. Analisis dalam penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan pencegahan kejahatan situasional untuk kejahatan kerah putih melalui tiga prinsip yaitu increasing the risk of detection, reducing provocations, dan removing the excuses. Pada tulisan ini, hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa whistleblowing system masih diragukan keefektifannya walaupun penerapannya sudah mencakup tiga prinsip tersebut. ABSTRACTThis paper discusses the application of the whistleblowing system as an effort to prevent occupational crime at PT. X. PT. X in an effort to prevent and minimize occupational crime implementing a mechanism called whistleblowing system as an intervention to the risk of occupational crime. The analysis in this paper uses a situational crime prevention approach for white collar crime through three principles namely increasing the risk of detection, reducing provocations, and removing the excuses. In this paper, the results of the analysis show that the effectiveness of the whistleblowing system is still doubtful even though its application includes these three principles. |
