Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui posisi biaya satuan layanan rawat jalan Diabetes Melitus Tipe II agar Manajemen Rumah Sakit dapat menentukan upaya efisiensi kedepannya dalam rangka menutup kesenjangan antara tarif Rumah Sakit dengan tarif INA CBG's. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi serta telaah dokumen terkait penelitian. Informan dalam penelitian adalah Kepala Bagian Keuangan, Dokter Spesialis Penyakit Dalam, Kepala Unit Rawat Jalan serta Petugas Bagian Farmasi. Total biaya Rajal DM sebesar Rp 369.573.586,- Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa besar unit cost untuk Rajal DM Tipe II adalah sebesar Rp 251.069,- dimana tarif INA CBGs untuk Rajal DM Tipe II hanya sebesar Rp 192.100,- yang berarti terdapat kesenjangan sebesar Rp 58.969,- . Efisiensi untuk menekan biaya tidak tetap dan mengurangi variasi pemberian obat serta pemeriksaan laboratorium Diabetes Melitus Tipe II dengan membuat clinical pathway Diabetes Melitus Tipe II. Untuk mengurangi beban biaya tetap, tindakan efisiensi yang dapat dilakukan adalah menaikkan angka kunjungan pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe II dengan menyediakan dokter spesialis tetap untuk penyakit dalam agar pelayanan untuk pasien dapat maksimal serta kunjungan dapat meningkat.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the unit cost position of Diabetes Mellitus Type II outpatient services so that Hospital Management can determine future efficiency efforts in order to close the gap between Hospital rates and INA CBG rates. Using qualitative research methods with in-depth interviews, observation and study of research related documents. Informants in the study were the Head of Finance, Internal Medicine Specialist, Head of the Outpatient Unit and the Pharmacy Section Officer. The total cost of DM Type II outpatient is Rp 369.573.586,- the calculation results show that the unit cost for DM Type II outpatient is Rp 251.069,- where the INA CBGs rate for DM Type II outpatient is only Rp 192.100,- there's still a gap about Rp 58.969,-. Efficiency to reduce variable costs and reduce variation of diabetes mellitus's drugs and laboratory examinations by creating a clinical pathway for diabetes mellitus type II. To reduce the high fixed costs, efficiency that can be taken are to increase the number of visits of diabetes mellitus type II patients by providing full timer specialists for internal medicine so that service for patients can be maximized and the number of visits can be increased.
