ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prioritas masalah, solusi, dan strategidalam optimalisasi wakaf produktif untuk pengembangan pariwisata halal di DKIJakarta. Metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) digunakan dalam penelitian ini.Penelitian ini melibatkan para ahli wakaf dan pariwisata halal untuk merumuskanprioritas tersebut baik dari aspek regulator, praktisi maupun masyarakat akademisi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prioritas masalah dari aspek regulator adalahimplementasi aturan, aspek masyarakat adalah dampak sosial, dan aspek praktisiadalah lembaga wakaf. Sedangkan prioritas solusinya adalah standarisasi (regulator),dampak ekonomi (masyarakat), dan pelatihan nazir (praktisi). Prioritas strategi yangperlu dilakukan secara berturut-turut yaitu sertifikasi (sertifikasi nazir), sinergi(kerjasama Badan Wakaf Indonesia dengan lembaga wakaf negara lain) dan promosi(peningkatan literasi wakaf produktif untuk pariwisata halal). Penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa perlu regulasi yang secara spesifik mendorong optimalisasiwakaf produktif, kerjasama lintas sektoral, standarisasi dan tata kelola lembagawakaf yang memadai serta peningkatan literasi wakaf produktif dan pariwisata halaldi semua lapisan masyarakat. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the priority problems, solutions, and strategies inoptimizing productive waqf for halal tourism development in DKI Jakarta. AnalyticNetwork Process (ANP) method is used in this research. This study involved waqfand halal tourism experts to formulate these priorities in terms of regulators,practitioners and academics. The results showed that the priority problem from theregulator aspect is the implementation of the rules, the community aspect is thesocial impact, and the practitioner aspect is the waqf institution. Whereas the priorityof the solution is standardization (regulator), economic impact (community), andnazir training (practitioners). The priority strategies that need to be carried out in arow are certification (nazir certification), synergy (cooperation between IndonesianWaqf Board and waqf institutions in other countries) and promotion (increasingliteracy of productive waqf for halal tourism). Research shows that there is still aneed for regulations that specifically encourage the optimization of productive waqf,cross-sectoral cooperation, adequate standardization and governance of waqfinstitutions as well as increased literacy of productive waqf and halal tourism in allwalks of life. |
