Abstract
Perencanaan merupakan penjabaran strategi yang harus dilakukan untuk mencapai target waktu yang ditetapkan dan akan sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu proyek EPC. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis peristiwa-peristiwa risiko yang terjadi pada proses perencanaan proyek pembangkit listrik berbasis PMBOK 2013 yang mempengaruhi kinerja waktu. Metode yang dilakukan ialah melalui wawancara, kuesioner, analisis statistik dan analisis peringkat risiko terhadap pegawai aktif di perencanaan PT. XYZ. Terdapat tiga (3) peristiwa dengan peringkat risiko tinggi yaitu penentuan estimasi waktu proyek yang tidak tepat, ketidaklengkapan data survey/investgasi lapangan dan kompetensi SDM yang kurang memadai. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengembangan model atau sistem perencanaan yang dapat dijadikan strategi baru untuk meningkatkan kualitas perencanaan proyek yang mempengaruhi kinerja waktu proyek pembangkit.
Planning is the elaboration of a strategy that must be done to achieve the target set time and will greatly affect the success of some EPC project. This research do analyzing risk events that occur in the project planning process based on PMBOK 2013 power plants that affect the performance of time. The method that used is interviews, questionnaires, statistical analysis and the analysis of risk rating of the employees in the planning of PT . XYZ. There are three (3) events risk with high risk: determination of the estimated project time imprecise, incomplete survey data/site investigation and human resources competencies inadequate. Further, developed the model or planning system which can be used as a new strategy to increase quality of project planning that affect the performance of power plant project.
