ABSTRAK Seorang Apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi maupun apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standa kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories dan Apotek Atrika selama periode bulan Februari-April 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi. ABSTRACT A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industry. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as requirements to enter the world of work and undergo professional practice. The competency standards for Indonesian pharmacists consist of ten competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional work practice. As a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Professional Pharmacist Work Practice (PKPA) was carried out at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories and Apotek Atrika during the period February-April 2020. During PKPA, it is expected that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in a professional work practice. |
