Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh usia kawin pertama ibu terhadap pemenuhan hak kesehatan anak usia 6-23 bulan dengan menggunakan data SUSENAS 2017. Berdasarkan studi literatur, variabel usia kawin pertama diduga mengalami endogenitas sehingga variabel ini diprediksi dahulu menggunakan regresi OLS. Metode analisis pemenuhan hak kesehatan anak menggunakan regresi logistik biner dan regresi logistik ordinal. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa usia kawin pertama ibu berpengaruh positif terhadap pemenuhan hak ASI ekslusif, pemenuhan hak ragam makanan, dan pemenuhan hak imunisasi dasar lengkap. Secara keseluruhan, usia kawin pertama ibu berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap tingkat pemenuhan hak kesehatan anak.
......This research aims to study the effect of mother's first age marriage on fulfillment of rights health of children aged 6-23 months in Indonesia using National Socio-Economic Survey 2017 data. Based on literature review, variable first age marriage is suspected to suffer from endogeneity, thus this variable is predicted using OLS regression in the first stage. The analysis method using the binary logistic regression and ordinal logistic regression. The result of data processing obtain that mother's first age marriage has a positive effect on fulfillment of exclusive breastfeeding right, fulfillment of the right to variety of food, and fulfillment of basic immunization rights. Overall, the mother's first age marriage has a positive effect on fulfillment of children's health rights.
